I feel sorry for those teams (Saints and Steelers), and sorry for the fans. I know how I'D feel if I were in their shoes. You wait all through the long off-season, and have such high hopes when the new season starts, only to have your hopes dashed in week 2 due to your QB being injured. That's a tough pill to swallow. Many sports analysts predicted New Orleans to win the NFC and go to the Superbowl. Just goes to show that things can change in a flash.
