One thing for sure.......McVay loves to WIN.......He appreciates his players and knows it's a week to week season.

You can also tell that McVay wants this Saints game bad!!!!! You can hear it in his voice.....He wants to put any doubt about who's the better team to bed.

I also think McVay has a little thing going with Payton.....A peeing match about whose the BIG DOG in the NFC.....I also think McVay just does not like Payton.
