Heck if you just saw Ebukam play the Chiefs you might think he was a budding star instead of a struggling player. Going to take more than a few plays to make sweeping conclusions.
And for the record if the Rams come out rusty I could give a damn. I expect the defense to be less effected.
And of course if Gurley doesn't play it will be disconcerting but I doubt it means he is done for the season. I think most of us expect some issues by now with the info we have. Could have a flare up in game 1 or game 6 or whatever. But 30 minutes into the season isn't going to say anything definitive... or mean that he's toast or be the MVP.
