I actually think Allen is no longer eligible for the practice squad .... You need to have lless than 4 yrs of NFL experience.
Natson is not tottaly safe if the Rams chose to use another player on returns ,,, for example Webster or Malcolm Brown they would definitely be better off with depth at another spot.
The downside there is if that player were injured it really hurts more than if JoJo went down.
So JoJo is both a home run slugger and a layer of protection for others.
Lawler is well liked and is assignment sound , he was up to speed very early last year and was was a good special teams guy . Since OBo and Peters came on he won't play but at least they think enough of him to carry him on the roster until he's able to participate.
Demby and Neal are at least versed in the system but I think Neal is done here. We greatly need a vet interior swing C-OG.
An inside LB add should happen as the Rams survey proceeding around the league weeks 2-8. If it doesn't happen by then .... Might not happen.
