They REALLY do not know! My favorite Weather Guy in Jax passed away about 15 years ago...In 1996, we had a Hurricane threatening the Florida coast. EVERY other weather person had their forecast. This guy? He said..."People, I have NO IDEA!" Best forecast I have ever heard.
