It's just that simple.
Rams went and hired a guy who they felt was the best man for the job. Even though he was young. Even though he was never a HC. The Rams went with their gut feeling that this was the Coach they wanted for their team.
"We Not Me" is exactly what this franchise needed.........McVay is the leader that this team was missing.......All is good at Rams Park.
