A few notes from Rams HC Sean McVay's presser this evening...
– Pass game coordinator Shane Waldron will continue to call plays during the preseason.
– No decision yet on which players will sit out trip to Hawaii for next week's preseason game vs. Cowboys. More clarity Tues.
– RB Justin Davis missed Saturday's game vs. the Raiders due to a concussion sustained in practice against them earlier this week. LB Ogbonnia Okoronkwo is dealing with a hamstring.
– McVay said he expects rookie RB Darrell Henderson to get more touches as the preseason progresses. Said Henderson did some good things and also had some things he can learn from.
– Given the week LG Joe Noteboom and C Brian Allen had, McVay said it made the most sense for both to rest against the Raiders. However, said it was an "ongoing evaluation" when deciding if they will get reps in a preseason game.
– In addition to echoing praise for S Taylor Rapp's play, McVay said CB Darious Williams was another player who stood out on Saturday vs. Oakland.
– Play of Williams, Kevin Peterson and others has created a "positive problem" to have when it comes to competition sixth CB spot.
