Would have to side with James on this. IMHO, the “hangover” is real. The only recent team, outside this Pats, who quickly returned to the. BS after a loser are the Manning lead Broncos. I think there is a huge letdown in making the game and not winning. Most losers don’t even make the playoffs the following year.

My biggest concern far and away was how McVay would have the hangover. Again, I agree with James. I think he has dealt with it brilliantly! Granted, won’t know until the start of the season, but so far I’m very encouraged.
