He is talking about the normal resting of Whit. When Whit was out last year resting Noteboom took over at LT and had lots of practice with the first team. The biggest news here is that last year Noteboom stepped in at Whit's spot, now he moves to Whit's spot and Demby steps in to Noteboom's spot.

The thing that is great about resting the vets is that it gets the young guys good solid first team practice time. Looks like they are preparing Demby to be a future starting Guard.
