9. Sam Darnold - needs a good campaign to build off a up and down rookie season. He did flash at times.
8. Josh Rosen - will the change of scenery and less pressure help?
7. Todd Gurley - what's the real story? We will soon find out.
6. Antonio Brown - he made a lot of noise and has a new team that has so many question. Let's see what Chuckie does.
5. Jimmy Garrapolo - He is paid like a franchise QB. Now, can he stay healthy and play like one?
4. Derek Carr - Is this the year he is declared a backup or does he return to breakout season form?

3a. David Johnson - who will he be in 2019?
2. Le'Veon Bell - a year off and a guy who gets dinged up. He's getting paid now in the Big Apple.
1. Baker Mayfield - he has been given the reigns and has talent abound around him. Can he lead a dead franchise back to the playoffs? Preseason hype could make this an epic failure.
All of these guys have a lot to prove in 2019.
