Has Gil lost his fastball?
Rams behind the Bears and Cowboys? Seriously?
A healthy Eagles team is a load, but when was the last time Wentz stayed healthy?
I make the Rams, at worst, the 2nd most talented roster/coached team in the NFL.
It's too soon to say though.
They are a talented roster, as in yeah duh, but how to rank them? To rank them, we would jave to know than we do at the moment about Peters (can he repeat the 2nd hald of 2018?), Kiser, Fowler, NT, Noteboom, Allen, Whitworth (age?), Everett, Kupp (recovery?), TG (knee?), and Henderson. And I would like to see how much Goff has progressed.
That's a lot of checklists to go through. That's half the team.
I mean I am optimistic but there are still legit questions that need to be answer on the field.
...,.,
I think we can say the same type of things about the other teams on that list too. So, as of today, IMHO of course, the Rams should not be below the Cowboys and Bears, and maybe not even below the Eagles. Not that it matters of course. What matters is who finishes on top at the end of the season.
I don't think we can say the same things about the other teams---not to that extent. Not to the extent that in each case, the other teams have valid questions about half the roster.
But it doesn't matter because if you are going to rank the Rams at all, regardless of the other teams, there's still too much we don;t know yet.
....
I would argue that if we knew the other teams rosters and challenges as much as we know the Rams, we probably could say the same type of things to a similar extent.
