unless there's a more articles that clarify/compare/contrast the 2 systems(McVay & McCarthy's schemes). It appears that McCarthy & Rodgers had a unique style of collaboration whereby McCarthy calls a play and Rodgers has FULL control over changes...and McVay may not have that scale of leeway in his system. Or McVay doesn't want to allow THAT much redirection of his gameplan....we just cannot know.

I just think Rodgers is on his own and will dominate LaFleur (the flower in French iirc...let's just hope it's not the wall type!) by seasons end.
I think the takeover of the offense by Rodgers will happen even earlier IF they are not winning.
