They are in the middle of a negotiation that is just getting started. Nobody knows what is going to happen. They are being nice but that is because they just started. I will wait until I see the negotiation positions from each side before assessing the situation and forming an opinion. All we know is that the NFL wants to get it done quickly which is doubtful and that the players are being told to prepare for being out a year which is also doubtful.
Lets see what the real issues are other than removing Pot from the banned substance list which is a throw away item.
