* The media has love affairs with certain coaches, such as Sean Payton. I was glad to see that this article ranked another Sean higher -- and deservedly so.
* Andy Reid is too high in the list. He had a tremendous team last year, but much of that was due to taking chances on players that other teams avoided. It will be interesting to see how the Chiefs do now that those players are gone.
* Mike Tomlin is too high on the list. The Steelers are usually a good team, but I don't think Tomlin has much to do with it.
* Doug Pederson and Mike Zimmer deserve to be higher on the list.
* It makes no sense to rank newcomers. They have Kliff Kingsbury at the bottom. By the end of the season, this could turn out to be right, but you never know -- he could turn out to be a rising star.
