I think all of your what if's are highly probable.
I would also add continued improvement by a noticeable amount by Goff and bigger and more dynamic roles for Everett and Reynolds.
The arrow is pointing up and we have enough shots being taken to address a lack on the edge that something should work out.
The Super Bowl hangover should be gone by now. We still have an amazingly talented roster. Our defense has some replacements that can stop the run and cover the pass better and our offense promise to be more unpredictable and dynamic. We have a franchise QB who many seem to be down on but heck 2 pro bowls before reach 25 that is pretty darn good and he is a great leader and is still growing and improving.
You list is great and things happen so all of it may not come to be but all of your what ifs are highly probable.
