It seems strange to me how quiet this secondary FA market is right now. Could it be that even now when you don't lose compensation picks that these guys are pricing themselves out of a job? If it were me in their shoes I would be anxious to sign on so the whole year doesn't pass me by. I really thought that there'd be big movement and nothing.
