I think he'll replace Countess, now he have to prove himself on the field, but I'm betting he's an immediate impact on special teams both returning kick offs and as one of the gunners, IMHO.
They lost a couple of special teamers, including Hager and Countess.
You have to replace that. Scott presumably replaces that.
