He signed within the window when the comp pick formula is still in play. However to be the last pick in the 7th he would need to get at least 1.6 a year. Given that Jacksonville signed 3 UFA LBs yesterday be and claimed another off waivers implies that they made a bunch of low offers to see who might stick. Wilson may not even make their 53 through week 10. If he doesn't then the comp pick does not count.
