and license a scooter....seems like a no brainer, but before than you could just buy one and ride it. The crazy thing was that everyone who had/has a DWI could get one of those and ride it......The law would take your drivers license but since scooters did not need a license they could by pass the deal with their driving privilege taken away. (even though people drive with the privilege taken away anyway).
IMO all these cities taking in these things are nuts.....in no way would I consider riding such a thing......My motorcycle days have passed, but these scooters....well SMH........
