Assuming they are equal or even close to it, put Edwards at LT and you make one move instead of 2. Plus one of the 2 will have more experience at his spot, also an advantage compared to both being inexperienced at a position. So it's just better for line continuity and stability.
But it's all pure speculation at this point. A lot has to happen before that's a real issue.
Though as long as we're just speculating. NB is built more like Saffold and a guard in comparison to Edwards (NB is heavier), while Edwards is a bit taller and leaner with pronounced agility and so looks more classically like a left tackle. Just a thought.
