We are going to take technicians and we are going to take people who take the game seriously and love it.
Again, and again, and again.
I was *almost* on board with the 4-pillars things, but this takes that overall philosophy and expands it to make it implementable to actually win games.
I have no clue how this draft will turn out, nor do any of us, but I'd bet my house it will be in the top 15 teams of any team this year in the NFL.
And I'd wager a reasonable amount it will be in the top 10.
Personally, my concerns over our drafting are, for the immediate future, over.
