Hill measured in at 5'-9 5/8" 198 lbs., then he blew up the combine quietly. All the talk on Fant and Q. Williams and Metcalf, but Hill was crazy good.
He was 2nd fastest with a 4.40 40 time
Top high jump at 40 inches
top broad jump at 10'-10" (tied)
21 reps is good for his size
Excellent balance, quick to the hole (sometimes too quick)
real good lateral agility making him a fit for an outside zone scheme.
I think his vision is good.
Tough inside runner that is explosive in open space.
Although he tested well, didn't have a ton of HR plays.
Does not have natural pass catching hands, although they aren't terrible.
His lack of bulk makes it hard for him in pass pro
He showed up heavier then I though he would. If he can get to 210 lbs in a year or 2, he could be a full time back. I have him as a 4th rounder, but only because I don't put a ton of weight into what schemes a player fits, and I put minimal weight on the combine testing. He should probably be a solid 3rd rounder.
