Go research what they said about Hav when he was drafted. It wasn't just that he's not the best athlete it was that he's a subpar athlete but somehow always gets the job done.
Risner is the same...but a better athlete. And I think the Rams would use him on the inside where the athleticism weakness would be minimized.
With Brian Allen and Hav, it seems they don't mind drafting guys who are not the best athletically but they're usually smart, tough, really good fundamentally, and all seniors (aka more developed).
