Its been that way for almost 50 years, and I see no reason to change now.

IMO, if the Steelers never built their dynasty in the 70's, no one would rate them so highly. Those uniforms were considered lackluster before 1972. The only things that has changed is the Steelers became a great team ON THE FIELD.
