LUIS PEREZ QB, UNSIGNED FREE AGENT
Eagles waived QB Luis Perez. Signed last month, Perez made his case for a roster spot with the Birmingham Iron of the AAF this spring. He was replaced on the roster by Cody Kessler, who has a much better shot to earn the backup job than Perez ever did. It is possible Perez shows up again as a camp arm.
