iirc...Simmons hit a woman who was fighting his sister...right?

I thot he jumped into his sister's brawl...and hit the other girl when he was 18 or 19yrs old.
I think that's what was goin on...not saying it's great...just adding context. I'd like to know more about it cuz Simmons could be a good talent to pair with AD that would drop to the Rams at #31 or into the 2nd round in a trade down.
Simmons might be a good pick - strictly football speaking if the off field stuff checks out and the Rams are okay with his transgressions.
