Re: I see Allen really getting a shot at the OC spot.....

I agree I think they like Brian Allen. Allen was drafted a bit high in his rankings, but he's a wrestler that plays with leverage and was a great leader for Michigan State as the Spartans ran the ball consistently. At times, Allen can be overpowered and that is to be expected, but once he gets his hands on you and gets lower, it's over....Would be shocked if they drafted Bradbury, although I do think Bradbury can be an excellent Center for a dozen years, however, I believe Aaron Kromer feels that way about Brian Allen too.

As to a future LG I could see them drafting somebody like Michael Jordan from Ohio State in the 4th round. Jordan started at Tackle, moved to Center and was a tad too tall for Center at 6'6, however, should translate well into a guard at the next level. Jordan had some issues snapping, but was a very good run blocker and held up well in pass protection and has the right size for guard IMO or Nate Davis from Charlotte, who at 6'3 315lbs also has tackle experience, but would play guard at the NFL level. Nasty player that after a year would be ready to play LG when Noteboom replaces Whitworth at LT.
