McVay gets it........He wanted the Los Angeles Rams HC job. He knew that it would give him the best chance to compete EVERY YEAR for an NFL Championship.

McVay never had a doubt that he would be a great HC......He knew it, deep down inside, he knew he could do the job and do it well.

He also knew he wanted the Rams job. It would give him a chance to attract FA's.

McVay has layed out the ground work for success, his coaches and players believe in "We Not Me", It's all good in L.A.
