One thing that worries me about first time "starters" is a long 16 game season + playoffs.
Sure, they made it through College, but the NFL is a whole new animal. Even if you are in the best shape of your career, staying healthy is tough.
So, Allen and Noteboom both get me concerned and I worry about "Injury". Thus, I see Groy sitting out there, a former Kromer lineman and a player who the Rams tried to get...........I think depth and experience in the NFL goes a long way.
Groy/Allen could both be G/C depth, and battle it out for starting CENTER in training camp. The loser gets to backup all G/C/G spots.
Remember, I'm an OLINE and DLINE kind of guy.......It all starts in the PITS..........We have to keep Goff clean, just like the Patriots keep Brady clean.
