boy this thing has a year to go and it's still a long way out.

the 200% + of normal rainfall slowed progress

infrastructure, finish work, test runs, even the parking areas, landscaping, and concessions seem more like the end of next year: Not by summer for preseason.
Perhaps the move their preseason games if it gets ugly. Or push to have only one home preseason game like they will this year.
