Really my only quibble is with Saffold and Brown/CJ.
On Saffold it might say more about how they feel about Noteboom. At any rate, I think he was a hard decision like you said.
On Brown versus CJ, this was all about money. Both Snead and McVay have implied several times in various interviews that they preferred CJ and one of them (I don’t recall who) point blank said they would try to bring him back. Whenever they discussed RB2, his name was the first one they mentioned. I don’t think he is willing to sign for $1.5M and RBs are fairly easy to replace; there shouldn’t be a big budget for a RB2.
