It's a smart 1yr gamble on a very talented player that had

many things not go his way as a young NFL player...and he never really shined in the Jag system cuz he was beat out by a very good player.
Perhaps the Rams see a reclamation project that has the talent to be far better than his past has shown....the kid's only 24 and never started an entire year in his whole career. I liked what I saw from him and think good coaching and focus on his ability could do wonders for this kid. imo
