I don't think so. I get your point but if you look at 2017- when as a group they had 23.5 sacks from the edge- Quinn and Barwin each logged about 650 snaps. But Longacre, Ebukam and Fox all had 300+ snaps each.
They can have Fowler, Draft pick TBD, Ebukam, Okoronkwo and Fox all be contributors in 2019.
