Noteboom appears to have starter talent. But I have serious question about the other 2 guys. Lower round picks. Allen is undersized, and Kiser isn't very talented. Those 2 guys look like players on the STL Rams teams to me. They need to draft a quality ILB.

Only Saffold was any good last year. Granted Barron came on in the playoffs. But Sulli? Awful the entire year.
So while it's true the young replacements haven't proven to be good, they are also not replacing players that were good.
It's a wash!
You believe that Noteboom has talent and in a fortuitous coincidence he's the only one replacing a talented / highly productive player.
