Rodger Saffold is going to be 'too expensive for us'

It appears the Los Angeles Rams are gearing up to move on from left guard Rodger Saffold. The stud offensive lineman is set to become a free agent on Wednesday at the start of the new league year and most likely won’t be back with the Rams in 2019.

Les Snead said on Tuesday after Eric Weddle’s introductory press conference that Saffold is “going to be too expensive” for the Rams as of now. Things can obviously change, but considering the fact that he’s expected to have a strong market, it’s unlikely Saffold returns.
