I wonder exactly how they'll use him ?. The young Strong Safety they have is pretty good so I don't see that Joyner playing near the line were he's best is a fit. Joyner may have problems in deep center field D. Anyway I wish Joyner well he played pretty well for us and overall validated his selection I would say. Weddle is obviously an upgrade but I'm not exactly expecting an all pro year from him at this stage. Just hoping for some very good play and great leadership. We should get that.
