We've discussed this over and over again. IMO those fans you see rooting for the opposing teams actually live here in So Cal and want to see their team play. They are not likely to change allegiance in that all likelihood they moved here ( So Cal)from where their favorite team was located. It would be like a So Cal native moving to New England and asking him to root for the Patriots because of their winning ways. No way Jose !
So your right-its an L.A. thing-thanks to the great weather and economic opportunities here. It was the same for the Chargers in SD. N. Cal is different-not as many transplants. SF is more like an east coast city. We just have to get used to it. No biggie.
