For this team, the best solution is a journeyman back up QB

A QB that can run an offense is what is needed. A guy with 8 - 12 years in the league but won't command a big salary. But the Rams need to spend in the $2-3 mil range for this spot.

I don't like the idea of drafting a QB. How does he ever get developed?
We need a guy with a lot of playing minutes under his belt.
