I am just wondering if since the draft is so strong on defense will it depress the prices for defensive free agents. We are starting to see high priced defensive players around the league being released. I am wondering if there will be some bargains. For instance way pay a Fowler an outrageous amount of money for what has been mediocre performance when you can draft someone of equal or better talent and get them on the cheap for 4 or 5 years.
Perhaps the market for Suh and Fowler will not be as crazy as we first suspected. I think this is something to keep an eye on during the early part of free agency.
