This...he is a successful for a reason. He does not allow himself to focus on the disappointment, occupies his mind and time with trying to improve. McVay is a process guy--he will distract himself in each step of his process and not allow himself the free time to contemplate the past. Many successful people attack failure that way from what I have seen.
