I wrote this to someone...sort of quickly....been said mostly.....but

a) need a bonafide edge rusher ('b' below is not good enough)
b) Probably resign Edge guy Fowler--but only for cheap one year deal--people say 17 mill tag,lol. Huh?? 2 sacks in 8 games, lol. No upper body strength...and only plays hard in the playoffs (see Suh below)
c) I think they can't afford Suh's "regular season performance" of a C+.
His playoffs were A-....and they had 3 great defensive performances because of him.
d)Draft a 'cover' corner. Speed, good feet. Maybe not so smart and can't tackle. That is a 3rd round 'flyer' like the 49ers used to find with D Griffin, McKyer in the 80s...all cover, no tackle....oh waait, they have that now.
e) Resign their awesome, and older LG (Saffold for 11 mill)
f) McVay re-design offense to include 'alternative' game plans. One note Johhny like Keith RIchards only lasts so long. Keith will die, right? LOL.
g) THey keep the hugely underperforming Peters at CB, and keep Talib (20 mill).
h)Don't resign the FS; cut the ILB (save 7 mill). Use Kiser the rookie at ILB.
i) Move RG to Center. Sign a guard who is pro bowl level for 11 mill---that would be Saffold or someone else
j) Determine if Gurley has what it takes to move ahead....lol at 16 mill no choice...
k) So, first round will be an Edge, corner or OG, who is great or trade down, and sign a corner, and pick up some edge guy.
