Although I'd love to keep Saffold, even with a home town discount we could still save 9m odd by slotting a draft pick or Noteboom in.
CJ is a keeper if his price is Leish and given they might want to lower Gurleys carries a bit from previous years, having quality backs is not really a luxury!
Edge is the top priority though. Given that they were trying to trade for K Mack I can't imagine it isn't still seen as priority no. 1. I'd get it if Sms as sent away our 1st for a proven get, even though I love the draft and get bored not having picks.
I think Snead really learnt some things from those early drafts with Fischer. Other than the economics of cheap 4 to 5 year contracts, the hit and miss ratios aren't so good as giving a pick for a proven vet.
