Rams currently don't have an Assistant Defensive Line Coach, so the agreement could be in place to add Henderson as Assistant DL Coach with the caveat that he would take over for Johnson next season, which would be the end of Johnson's contract and he'll be 64 years old. Also they could change the title of Johnson to "Senior Defensive Assistant or Assistant Defensive Coordinator." And just name Henderson the new Defensive Line Coach.
