6 or 7 months? I personally don't think he needed to innovate in the 1st place. IMO you go with what got you there. He could have tweaked a couple things, but overall it's more about execution of what you know as priority and bottom line they did not execute on O worth a damn......
He (and his staff) do have 6 months to look back, self scout, make choices on players to keep or get.....IMO 2 weeks is not the time or place to reinvent an entire part of your team.....6 months gives you time to maybe not reinvent (I don't think they need to that anyway), but it gives time to ADD to your platform that is already kinda prime time, at least from what I saw every week.......
