I'm still in shock, but good discussion

Unfortunately, I've definitely come to the conclusion that McVay was stubborn and stuck to something he should have changed. I didn't recognize this team the past month. Gone were the screens to Gurley, gone was Gurley in the passing game, etc. etc. etc.

He got away from being creative. He paid a dear price.
