To only accept 6 players annually is insane.
Number of teams and players has more than doubled since they started this process, almost tripled, in fact. The result is that many deserving players are kept in a holding pattern for years, some kept waiting forever.
Increase the number accepted annually and let these deserving players in so that they can enjoy the honor while still alive, dammit!
