Back in 2006, when the Rams interviewed Ron Rivera for Head Coach, he did not do real well on his first interview and did not orchestrate a plan for offense as he was going to bring in Wade Wilson as Offensive Coordinator. John Shaw and Jay Zygmunt became concerned because of this and in their infinite wisdom, determined that the combination of Scott Linehan & Jim Haslett was a better alternative, which led to Milquetoast Linehan becoming Head Coach, setting the franchise back for 11 years.
