Bunnahabhain 25 year - nowadays you can find it in the $500-$600 range, is worth every penny. Found one a couple of years ago by surprise, paid almost double that and haven’t regretted it one bit. Glenmorangie Lasanta 12 year is a fine bottle in the $50-$60 range, as is their 18 year for about double that. Their Grand Vintage Malt 1990 25 year is exceptional. Expensive, but worth it.
Having said all that, I love me a Macallan 18. Enjoy!
