In addition, playing 3-13 ARI and 4-12 SF four times skews this.
In fact, since they went to the new scheduling, the Rams play the two division winners from last year (and of course they play six against the NFC West, four against the AFC North, and four against the NFC South next year just like the other three NFC West teams), so only the Cowboys and Bears are different than what ARI, SEA and SF play.
Strength of schedule is really not very helpful IMHO...
