It's all about keeping his ego in check....or in his case, failing to do so. Every NFL head coach has an ego. It's that type-A personality. The guy has been an excellent football coach with a pretty good resume. But that builds the ego and if not checked gets someone into trouble. I don't like him and I'm glad he's been eliminated the last two years with ultimate heartbreak. But if I were to guess, now he's probably even in the karma department.
